Hi, I’m Emmanuel , the founder of this blog and the author of the book “Five Things I Wish I Had Known Before Working”.

I studied Mechanical Engineering and went to work for an amazing company soon after graduation. With time, my job description was changed from Technical Operator to an Office Administrator. I was thriving, looking for ways to expand my resume and posible get promoted.

But sometimes life pushes us arround so we can learn. The downturn in the economy hit my company hard, and so I had to leave.

This experience began to set me on a new journey to find out why the working world works the way it does and what posible can be the way out. Over time, I began to research into patterns and principles that seems to accompany business and career success.

I have learnt, that life is what happens to you when you’re busy doing something else. Listing and explaining these lessons is the purpose of this blog.

Maybe you are a student still in school, a graduate with no job or an employee looking for new ways to maximise your potential. No matter what you are doing now with your life, no matter the career or business you are involved in, this blog could be the guide you need.
